What’s NEW with Act! V17

This month sees the release of the New Act! V17. This article is going to cover some of the new features with this version.

Intelligent emarketing with automation

This version sees further development on the emarketing platform within Act!. Easily create simple web forms to capture leads from your web pages, newsletters, emails and more directly into Act!. Follow up using professional, eye-catching email campaigns all within Act.

Document Integration

You can now easily integrate documents from popular tools such as Dropbox, SharePoint and iCloud to a contacts record. Link to individual files or to a customers document library so you are able to access these from within Act!


Read only Licences – No extra cost

If you want people to be able to just browse the database but make no actual changes with Act 17 you can add new users at no extra cost. These users accounts are set up as Browse access and do not cost you an extra user licence.

Attach Photos using Act! Premium Mobile

Attach pictures from your tablet or mobile directly to Act! contact history

Act! gets a fresh, new look.


Act! has a new modern look with updated layout and icons helping make navigation easier and saving you time.
